Tiger Cubs
  • 1st Grade
  • Wears an orange Tiger Cub T-Shirt or Sweat Shirt.
  • Must have an adult partner who is at least 18 years old at every meeting.
  • Does not have to be a parent
  • Can be an older sibling or grand parent

Wolves
  • 2nd Grade
  • Starts wearing blue Cub Scout uniform.
  • Attends Den Meetings on his own.
  • Pack night is attended by him and his family.

Bears
  • 3rd Grade
  • Still wears Blue Cub Scout Uniform.
  • Use Bears’ Book
6
Webelos I
  • 4th Grade
  • Can wear Blue or Khaki Uniform.
  • Can go on overnight camping trips w/o Parents.
7
Webelos II
  • 5th Grade
  • Finishes up Webelos Book.
  • Graduates to Boy Scouts in February.

How Much?
Registration Fees
  • $10 per year for Registration Fees.
  • Amount is prorated to co terminate a year from January (Jan ’05).
  • All money goes to the National Office in Texas.
  • $12 per year for Boys Life Magazine.
  • Total tonight $10 + $12 (BL)=$22

Fund Raiser
  • To make up the difference we have two fund raisers a year
    • Popcorn Sales
      • Sell Popcorn to neighbors
      • October/November
    • Pancake Breakfast
      • Sell Tickets to Breakfast
      • Work Breakfast
      • Sold over 500 last year
      • Great response from everyone
      • Expect to sell 50% more this year
      • Middle of April

Uniform
  • You have a list of items needed in your package.
  • Let’s go over the ones we need.
  • Can use blue pants from St. Cornelius.
  • Buy it at Stanton or Chicagoland Hobby.
  • Buy it at Scout Shop downtown.
  • Buy it second hand

Why Volunteer?
  • Many Reasons to Volunteer
  • Rather have 1% of the time of 100 people than 100% of the time of one person.
  • Most Important is
    • To give my son the best experience.

    • Adult Partners need to be at every meeting anyway.
